This time of year is always bittersweet. I love Christmas - the traditions decorating our family tree and seeing loved ones. This time of year, I am so grateful to you, my customers who have found your way to my shop.
I offer shopping by appointment because anyone who is coming to my shop deserves my undivided attention. And despite appearances, I am busy being present.
Time is important to me, and relationships. Because that’s what matters. It’s my superpower. My far away customers chatting over social media or texting me receive the same level of attention as if they are in my shop. Today I had the pleasure of helping two customers through my online platforms and it felt so rewarding.
Human connection. That’s what it’s all about. It always has been.
