Our Exchange and Return Policy

It’s important to us that shopping should be an enjoyable experience.  We like to think our experience is more like sitting down to beautifully prepared meal with friends versus downing a burger at a drive through.

We take the time to get to know our guests and success to us is when you become not just a customer but a client.  

Whether you are shopping with us for the first time or the 100th time, each time we care that you love your new shoes, piece of clothing or accessory. In fact if you don’t love it, we’d rather you left it for someone who will.

We are also paperless to the extent possible because we care about the planet. 

For this reason our customer care policy is in full sight on our check out desk.  It is also included in our receipts which we email to you to reduce the paper usages. 

We do not issue refunds on regular priced items.  We offer a credit note that must be used within 30 days.  On exchanges, a $25 restocking fee will be applied. All sales items are final sale.
