Safety and Security: COVID-19 RESPONSE Updates

Because we care. Given the recent COVID-19 development we would like to share our practice for safety and security of our staff and customers. 

1.  Sanitization of the door and checkout. 
2.  Customers are asked to try on shoes with their own socks when in the store. We also recommend personal shopping bags (washable). 
3. Handshaking will be replaced with a smile.  
4. Customers who are concerned about public exposure or who are quarantined are welcome to shop our online store.Free shipping up to $45 will be initiated in Canada and the United States on orders over $200. 
5. We will not be participating in large gatherings such as trade shows and buying shows.  All related activity will be conducted online.

6. Effective March 16 we have moved to shopping by appointment and online shopping supported personally by our staff. For those wanting to book a shopping appointment please email info@zoesshoes.com.

7. Effective March 23, 2020 we discontinued personal appointments to enhance social distancing and to be in accordance with public safety measures.
